Investing in Broadway
with Confidence

Broadway investing is an exciting and unconventional opportunity — but it’s not for everyone. Carl works exclusively with accredited investors who are passionate about theater, open to alternative investments, and eager to be part of something extraordinary.

You don’t need prior experience in theater to get started. What you do need is the ability to evaluate risk, ask thoughtful questions, and commit to projects that speak to both your financial goals and your personal values.

Who Qualifies?

Per SEC guidelines, an accredited investor is someone who meets one of the following:

Has a net worth exceeding $1 million (excluding primary residence), or

Has earned over $200,000 individually ($300,000 jointly with a spouse) for the past two years, with a reasonable expectation of the same in the current year.

Legacy Meets Leadership

With over 160 shows and 14 Tony Awards, Carl brings unmatched credibility to every production. His over 60% success rate in turning a profit is one of the best in the industry — and it’s rooted in careful vetting, creative instinct, and years of experience.
